Overtraining??

I'm tired.  This week has been Yoga on Monday, Crit on Tuesday, weights Wednesday morning and a 2 1/2 hr PCR group ride on Wednesday evening.  This of course after rides on Saturday and Sunday.  I took yesterday off cause I was really tired (and it was raining which was convenient).  I need to spin today to get ready for Ken Wood's tomorrow.

Maybe its the rain, I don't know.  I just hope I'm not getting burnt out yet.
